Cook a 646-Pound Catfish!

Today's Washington Post Kids Post section had an AP photo-story that made the grown-up section of most other papers around the world: fishermen in Thailand caught a catfish officially weighed at 646 pounds!

Big question: how do you cook a fish like that?

I have heard that at one time, catfish this big were common in certain rivers in the US.
