Juliette, thanks for the info.
What suprised me so much about the Food Network was how organised and rehearsed each recipe was. When we filmed Dining Downunder we knew what we were cooking and simply cooked it. No Auto Cue no Sous Chefs.
In saying that I did learn a few tips, though.
