At 24, she was executive chef at Charles Nob Hill for the Aqua Development Corp before Michael Mina split with his partner Charles Condy. ![]() Marie Claire promises "the secrets to their sweet success," and part of Melissa's story is starting out young. “I was 8 years old when my mom came home and found me in the kitchen deboning a leg of lamb!"
