The premiere issue of Conde Nast's new magazine, Portfolio, is running an online article by Super Chef's Juliette Rossant entitled "Easton's Eden." Rossant talks about everything from neocon politicians to hot chefs: Andrew Evans of the Inn at Easton Giancarlo Tondin of Scossa Richard Hamilton of Restaurant Local in the Tidewater Inn “Easton is the Yountville of the East Coast,” says Al Silverstein, head of Talbot County’s chamber of commerce, alluding to the famous Napa Valley home of renowned foodie destinations like the French Laundry.
