Yet, for Riche, by Todd English in the Harrah's New Orleans which opened last Fall, Todd said at the opening: ... What we're doing is taking the classic French style, combine it with my sort-of Mediterranean style and also from years of working in France and ideas that I have about it... Momentary memory loss? Neocon-inspired revision of personal history to fit new corporate mission? English's presence in New Orleans has been minimal, and he's already had one chef (Tiffani from S1 Top Chef) leave the venture. I've heard pretty miserable reviews from people I've known who have eaten at Riche.
From what I know, he's only providing his name at this point.
