Urbani Tartufi Academy Truffle Grant

Maybe you could be enticed back to school with the prospect of winning a grant from Urbani Tartufi to spend a week in their Academia Tartufi in Umbria, Italy learning everything there is to know about truffles. If you are lucky enough to be a chef, then all you have to do is come up with a winning truffle recipe and enter their grant contest. Beats a bake-off! Urbani Tartufi is the 150-year old global leader in truffle and preserved truffle products. It is run by the Urbani family: Paolo, Bruno, Olga, Giammarco and Carlo Urbani, who will oversee the winner's trip "to learn the delicate art of truffle collection, production, preparation and application in fine cuisine."
