Washingtonian: Power 150 - Jose Andres

Jose Andres, DC's chef-to-watch, rates a separate photo in the Washingtonian's annual line up of the Power 150. The Spanish chef/restaurateur (Jaleo, Zaytinya, Oyamel) introducted the small plates concept here and transformed the dining landscape. (p. 82)But that is not all. Jose also has a leading Spanish-language cooking show, Vamos a Cocinar. He supports Spanish culture like the Post Classical Ensemble led by Angel Gil Ordonez.
