He was the first pizza chef at Wolfgang Puck's original Spago in Hollywood. He helped launch California Pizza Kitchen and had his own restaurant, Caioti. Thank you so much for recognizing Ed LaDou as one of the true innovators of pizza. He took pizza to new levels. He created interesting pizza tastes by using unusual ingreditents. He was funny, witty, and a true master pizzaiolo. He was an original.
He will be missed.
