Meredith Phillips: Valentines Chef

By JULIETTE ROSSANT Who could help you better share a Valentine's Day meal than fashionista-turned-star--turned chef Meredith Phillips, who appeared in ABC's Bachelorette? If you recall from season two, Meredith got engaged to Ian McKee, then broke up with him, went to culinary school, where she met Fritz. Then penned her first cookbook, The Date Night Cookbook (Terrace 2008) all about their relationship. With all this exposure, will Meredith and Fritz last? Who knows. The point is she figured out it is all about food.
