FOOD FLICKS: Tap Project 2008

Supporting super chefs include Marcus Samuelsson (Aquavit, Riingo, Mercato 55), Emeril Lagasse (Emeril’s, Delmonico Steakhouse), Tom Colicchio (Craft, Crafsteak, Wichcraft, Host of “Top Chef” on Bravo), Todd English (Olives, Tuscany, Kingfish Hall, Fish Club, Riche), Bobby Flay (Bolo, Bar Americain, Mesa Grill), Charlie Palmer (Aureole, Astra, Charlie Palmer Steak), and Eric Ripert (Le Bernardin, The Raleigh, Westend Bistro).
