Jody Adams: 4 Women Wine Makers at Rialto

Wines take their character from the soil, sun, waterfall, type of grape, and the wine maker's skill.

But does the wine maker's gender matter?

If you are in the Boston area then do some delicious research by eating at Rialto, Jody Adams' Cambridge restaurant. On April 28th she will host four female wine makers, whose wines will be paired in a four-course dinner. Jody will introduced the wine makers, all from family-owned, organic or sustainable agriculture vineyards, who will discuss their work.

Grilled lamb shanks with saffron semolina gnocchi and grilled ramps

Loire River Valley Cheese

Nathalie Blanc from Mas Carlot

Even if there is no difference, this is bound to be a magnificent meal with superb wines.
