California Spirit XXIV

If you are in Los Angeles on Sunday, August 10th, then you can attend the 24th annual California Spirit Garden Party, one of the most prestigious charity galas in California. Every year the hosts try to out do the last – and this year is no exception. Wolfgang Puck, Sherry Lansing and Barbara Lazaroff have invited LA's top chefs to the event, which also includes live jazz entertainment, a spectacular live and silent auction and the "Cal Spirit 2008 Raffle" featuring a 2008 Toyota Prius. The event raises money for The American Cancer Society. Participating restaurants include: Angelini Osteria, Beacon, Chinois on Main, CUT, Fraiche, Jiraffe, Mélisse, Montage, Red/Seven, Spago Beverly Hills, Sushi Roku, Valentino.
