Cris Comerford Stays in the White House

By JULIETTE ROSSANT

Cris Comerford

Just as Super Chef predicted (see previous article), Barack and Michelle Obama transition team announced today that they will not be changing White House Executive Chef Cristeta Comerford. First Lady-in-waiting Michelle Obama reportedly discussed healthy eating with Cris and decided to keep her on.

Super Chef encourages the White House to finally start inviting more of America's leading chefs to guest cook at State Dinners. Locavore calls for a farm on White House grounds to supply the president's table have not yet been addressed. It seems unlikely that this will happen - however, a farm nearby might be a possibility.

Congratualtions, Cris!
