This New York based cooking class company is launching Urban Foodies, a series of cooking classes for kids, ages 8-14. First stop is P*ONG on March 21st. Pichet Ong will lead a tour of the downstairs kitchen at P*ONG, then kids will hear about the secrets on how a real restaurant kitchen operates. Next, the kids will go next door to Pichet's bakery, Batch, for some hands-on activities including how to make Pichet's favorite cupcake. Fancy one of those for your Easter dessert?
