Cake Os made by Los Angeles-based Cakes Suzette just may fit the bill. They are bite-sized, dense cakes, covered with chocolate and decorated with swirls of color, like updated petit fours.

If you are a peanut butter fan, try the Chocolate Peanut Butter or the rich Vanilla Chocolate. They come nestled in a fancy box with plenty of ribbony frill to remove. Best of all, you can store them in the refrigerator of freezer if your Valentine isn’t available on Valentine’s Day.
The bakery will be making special heart-shaped cakes, bigger then Cake Os, in Red Velvet, Lemon, Chocolate Mint and Vanilla Chocolate for Valentine’s. They are pretty, tasty, and ever so cute.

People love bite-sized anything it seems, probably why cupcakes have taken off like they have! I love the idea of this almost mini version of “mini cakes” and how cute for Valentine’s Day. I will be making some of these soon but with some marshmallow fondant and chocolate buttercream. Thank you for the wonderful post!
