Vanity Fair and the United Way of New York City lucked out – or rather anyone attending “What’s On the Table?” An Event to Combat Hunger – are the lucky ones. That’s because it is being hosted by Tom Colicchio, his wife filmmaker Lori Silverbush, and actress Julianne Moore.
You need to get to Sagaponack, New York on Saturday, August 20th and feast on dishes prepared by Tom and chefs from each of his restaurants: Craft, Craftbar, Colicchio & Sons, Craftsteak Foxwoods, and Riverpark. Here are some of the dishes:
Ricotta filled fried zucchini with smoked tomato butter
Moroccan-style eggplant & merguez
Sweet corn soup with peekytoe crab
Salad of Satur Farms tomatoes, duck prosciutto, crusty bread, Stilton cheese
In addition, guests will receive Satur Farms produce for their gift bags (Satur Farms produce is used at the Craft restaurants).
All the proceeds from this event are going to the United Way of New York City.
Tickets are available by contacting Michelle Matheson at email@example.com
Satisfy your hunger with great Colicchio fare for an excellent cause – and take home a snack for later.
