Wall Street Journal: Lunch Box

Every September it seems chefs have one extra duty – helping families with the daily chore of filling school lunch boxes.

The Wall Street Journal published a recent article with menus from Alex Young of Zingerman’s Roadhouse, Bill Telepan of Telepan, and, Traci Des Jardins of Jardinière, who all shared a lunch that they make for their kids. Click here to read the article.
