•Shoyu and Sake Braised Local Lamb Neck

And the second course for the dinner on Saturday night:

•Whole Crispy Kampachi with Black Garlic-Black Pepper Sauce
•Sticky Shrimp Rice Packets and Wok Stirred Gingered Local Vegetables
